Technique / Track your flight

Recording your training is easy with a few simple tools

Do you ever wish you could review your actual track over the ground or along the localizer during a training flight? A GPS recording also makes a nice documentation for a significant flight, such as a first solo or solo cross-country. All you need is an inexpensive handheld GPS to record your training flights, and then some simple, free software products to view and study them after the airplane's put away.
